For a giant chain this place has some amazing sammiches. Their cheesesteak also isn't bad
Every cold hoagie i have eaten from here was better than hoagies from nearly every other place I've tried. Their meatball sandwiches are very good too. They now offer curbside, which I have used since COVID started. The sandwich has been ready when I arrived most times, unless they were terribly busy. Even then it didn't take long. I just wish PRIMO would cut their Primo size in half without asking. I forget to ask because I never had to at other places...it was done automatically.
I appreciate that the owner responded to my previous review. Obviously the owner cares about Primo, so I ventured back to give it a try after a year. I must say, I was impressed all over again. The three people working there were very professional, efficient and just the kind of people I'd want to hire myself. The location was clean and inviting. I truly appreciate the owner responding. Primo has so much potential and hiring people that want to work and take their job seriously is a huge plus. The food was as good as always. I ordered the Crusher. I plan to go back soon. I am very happy.
